Between us we have over 74 years' experience with all types of American vehicles. With vehicles from the 1930s to those of the present day, our skills, experience and equipment allows us to work efficiently and professionally on any job. We've been based at the Cottage Garage since 1994, and our location gives our while-you-wait customers the chance to stroll through beautiful Sussex woodland while we work on their cars.Our customers include hobby owners and every day users, as well as corporate customers who use their vehicles for hospitality, promotional and chauffeur services. Although we are situated in the south east of England we have regular customers from south and mid Wales, Hampshire, along the South coast into Kent and North as far as West Yorkshire. Recently our international customers have brought vehicles from France and Sweden, and we are regularly contacted by people in the USA and Canada looking for assistance with importing their vehicles to the UK. These owners come this far to us because they know they can trust us to complete work on time, at a fair cost and at a very high quality. We are always busy, and the majority of our business comes to us through word of mouth. We don't need to advertise. | " |
When they're not at work, both John and Bob are keen American vehicle enthusiasts, and have been involved in drag racing in the UK for many years. You can benefit from their considerable experience to get the best from your daily driver.
John served his apprenticeship in the motor trade over thirty one years ago, restoring 1930’s Packard, Rolls Royce and Bentley Motor Cars. He doesn't look a day over 50.
